TRAINING REGISTRATION

Register for training with Robert D. Benjamin by filling out the form below or sending a note with relevant contact information, the training program for which you are registering, and briefly, your background, experience and profession, along with a deposit check for $100.  Payment by Pay Pal or credit card is NOT available at the present time. Checks should be made out to Robert D. Benjamin, P.C.  and sent to 3246 SW Cascade Terrace, Portland, OR, 97205.

There will be a full refund of a deposit for any course that is cancelled and you will receive  an additional 10% discount coupon for a future course.   An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for cancellations by a participant within 14 days of a planned course, although the fee may be applied toward a future course.

The fee includes the CD rom, The Effective Negotiation and Mediation of Disputes:  Applied Theory and Practice Handbook,  10th edit, 2004,  which includes practice forms and session graphics and agendas.
